In 1989 Dare Me Bikini began as a a personal struggle with one of life's most difficult challenges... finding a well made, fashionably designed, quality fitting bikini. Unable to find what I was looking for, I turned to my love of fashion, a fabric store and a sewing machine. What I discovered was that not only did I have a closet full of sexy bikinis, but I had also fallen in love with the process of creating them. It became my own personal crusade to give every woman the chance to feel as good in a bikini as I did, and thus, Dare Me Bikini was born. I began selling my bikinis in local boutiques, and it wasn't long before Playmates and models were wearing my designs. After a while, I decided it was time to start my own store, and the Dare Me Bikini store in Huntington Beach opened its doors in 1997. Although my clientele had grown significantly, I never relinquished my belief that each article had to be made with the same passion and attention to detail as my very first design. To this day, I still design and oversee each bikini as though I would be wearing it myself. In order to guarantee the sexiest, most unique bikinis available, Dare Me Bikini goes to great lengths to provide a vast array of fabrics and style choices. Our house factory has over one hundred fabric choices available at any given time, with new fabrics and prints arriving each week. In conjunction with our myriad of styles, our ever-changing pattern options provide our customers and yours the opportunity to discover a new, one of a kind bikini each time they enter the store. I was always unsatisfied at the limited number of fabric choices presented by so many of the assembly line bikini manufacturers.
